Teens Art and Meditation
Time: Wednesday 4:00 – 5:45pm

Location 2: Coppin Road Waste Transfer Station
Cost: $200 | $170 for a second child
Thanks to the Shire of Mundaring and Dulux, this new six-week series will give participants hands-on experience in designing and painting a mural IN MUNDARING!
How it works
The first three sessions will take place at the Mundaring Adult Creative & Learning Centre, 3 Craigie Place, Mundaring.
Here we will:
- Identify how we can work together well
- Get creative and share design ideas with guidance from Cale from Seven Sphere Creations
- Practice mindfulness and techniques to calm the mind with Claire from Conscious Movement
- Finalise our nature-themed geometric mural design.
The final three sessions will be on-site at the Coppin Road Waste Transfer Station – our mural site!
Here we will:
- Scale up our collaborative mural design to mark out the wall
- Have a whole lot of fun putting paint on the wall
- Enjoy some mindfulness practices surrounded by nature!
What to Bring
All materials and safety equipment provided. When on-site participants are required to bring their water bottles and wear clothes that can get paint on them including a hat, sunscreen, shirt with sleeves and closed-in shoes.
Spaces in this program are limited to give program participants the best experience possible.
